Around 50,000 TCS employees will get access to Claude AI tools.
TCS will create a dedicated business unit focused on AI-powered enterprise solutions.
The partnership aims to accelerate AI adoption across industries including finance, healthcare, telecom, and public services.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with Anthropic to expand enterprise AI adoption and strengthen its AI capabilities. As part of the agreement, TCS will provide Claude AI access to nearly 50,000 employees across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales functions.

The company will also establish a dedicated AI business unit focused on developing industry-specific solutions using Anthropic’s Claude models. The collaboration is expected to help enterprises move beyond AI pilot projects and deploy AI at scale.

TCS and Anthropic plan to jointly build AI solutions for highly regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, life sciences, telecom, aviation, and public services, where accuracy, compliance, and security are critical.
